ABOUT THE TUTOR

Hi Parents and Students! This is Joanne here 🙂

I have been a full time tutor for more than 5 years, specializing in O-level Math, both Emath and Amath. I do 1 to 1 home lessons , as well as online lessons via Zoom. I also do small group lessons (max 3 students) at my home. I was previously from the finance industry, where I later made a gradual transition to full time tutoring. My previous work experience in the finance industry has enabled me to explain real world finance problems better to secondary school students too!

I was a graduate from Singapore Management University, with a Finance major in Business Management. Back then, Math was one of my favourite subjects where I managed to score distinction from PSLE to JC.

I strongly believe that having the right guidance in the subject can help one to excel in the subject, having seen this in many of my students.
